Cosmic Sporescapes
Cosmic Sporescapes The universe is not a void of entropy but a vast, living network—an intricate mycelium stretching across the cosmic expanse. Black holes, long perceived as devourers of light, are instead the genesis of these sprawling mycelial tendrils, acting as nodes of creation rather than destruction. Just as fungal networks interlace the earth, decomposing and recomposing matter into new life, so too does the cosmic mycelium weave the fabric of space-time, expanding non-linearly and recursively across the infinite. This series of 109 artworks, inspired by the sacred geometry of the rudraksha mala, serves as a meditative inquiry into the origins of existence. What if life was not born of chance but carried through the universe as spores of consciousness, seeding galaxies like fertile ground? In Cosmic Sporescapes, we journey into the depths of this hypothesis, where the fungal and the celestial merge, revealing a universe that does not simply expand—it pulses, breathes, and evolves in an ever-unfolding fractal of creation.
