Mind in Frames

Consciousness consists of multiple layers of perception, each enclosed within its own frame — a distinct boundary between the inner world and external reality. These frames are like windows through which we view the world: some are clear and transparent, allowing us to see everything clearly, while others are distorted, fogged, or completely shut. None of these frames appear by chance — they are shaped by our experiences, beliefs, fears, and desires, and can change over time, expanding or narrowing. The most significant moment begins when a person becomes aware of these frames. At that point, the possibility of breaking beyond them opens up, overcoming limitations that once seemed unshakable. The painting "Mind in Frames" symbolizes this process — the drive to dismantle internal barriers and attain a more complete, liberated perception of oneself and the world.
