Colorful Guests V.02 is a series in which brightly colored characters drawn on old photographs are brought to life and motion through the use of artificial intelligence. The original images, dating mainly from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, create a strong contrast between black and white and the unusual presence of color, which breaks the static nature of the past. These shots, often found in flea markets, are revisited to give them a new life. The colorful characters, with their dynamism, seem to move in a world we know well, wearing our clothes and inhabiting the same spaces. Through this fusion of ancient and modern, the work explores the theme of diversity: what appears different or unusual is not necessarily a threat, but can become part of our world. The innovation lies in reviving these characters from the past, giving them a new identity and allowing us to reflect on what it means to live with difference.
