Adésẹwà

This digital 3D artwork was created with Blender 3D software. It’s a piece that praises Yoruba culture and celebrates the royalty associated with it. The name, “Adésẹwà” can be directly translated to English as “The crown makes beauty”. It is a name of Yoruba origin that is often given to daughters born of royalty In order to portray this perfectly, I made use of my unique self-created 3d art style. Employing the use of concentric circles and geometry with a blend of vibrant colours to create a unique representation of a beautiful Yoruba woman decorated with lovely jewelry and a gèlè(head gear) to show her origin.
