This token will guarantee you a spot for the first Ski Bum Alpine experience taking place from March 9th - March 13th 2025 After acquiring this token. Please choose one of the photos on the 'ticket' and send a mail to info@skibum.xyz with your preferred choice. The photo will then be airdropped to you on a different contract where later additions (footage of the experience) will also be added. Hold on to this ticket token until the date of the actual trip. SKI BUM NFT Alpine Experience Agreement This agreement is made between: Organizer: Erik Bulckens, 0xB46adfe7e10675b1E43F9132dA7f00A9aD3642f3 and Participant: The holder of the SKI BUM - ticketNFT associated with the Luxury Alpine Experience (hereinafter referred to as “the Holder”). 1. Description of the Experience By holding the NFT, the Holder secures access to a luxury alpine experience in St. Anton am Arlberg. The package includes: 4 nights’ accommodation in a premium chalet with private bedrooms. Breakfast and dinner each day, plus lunch arrangements. 4-day ski pass. High-end ski or snowboard rental. Airport transfers (Zürich or Innsbruck). Snowboard lessons and guidance by the Organizer. A custom hoodie for each participant. One day professional mountain guide for off piste adventure. 2. Holder Verification The Holder must verify ownership of the NFT by providing proof through a wallet signature or another mutually agreed-upon method. The Holder is responsible for initiating the redemption process within the timeframe specified on the NFT sale platform. 3. Payment and Refunds The price of this experience is 2 ETH, payable upon purchasing the NFT. Payments are non-refundable unless the Organizer cancels the experience or as otherwise stated under the Cancellation Policy. 4. Responsibilities of the Holder The Holder must provide accurate information and comply with all safety instructions during the experience. Travel and accident insurance are required and must be arranged by the Holder. 5. Liability and Insurance The Organizer is not liable for: Injuries or accidents during skiing or snowboarding. Delays or cancellations caused by third-party providers (e.g., airlines, transport services). The condition of the slopes, availability of ski runs, or weather conditions at the time of the experience. 6. Force Majeure The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the experience due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions. 7. Post-Experience Token Usage The NFT must be held by the Holder until the conclusion of the travel dates. After the experience is complete, the token may be sold or burned, as it will no longer hold any functional value. 8. Airdrop of Selected Artwork The Holder will be required to select one of the ten images displayed on the token. Upon selection, the Organizer will mint and airdrop the chosen image via a separate smart contract to the Holder’s wallet address. 9. Cancellation Policy If the Holder cancels their participation, no refund will be issued. If the Organizer cancels, a full refund (in ETH) will be provided. 10. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of Belgium. By purchasing or holding the NFT, the Holder acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.
